❌ Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

* Orders can be **cancelled only before dispatch**.
* Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
* To cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing the order.

💸 Refund Policy

* Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  * If the product is out of stock after placing the order
  * If the order is cancelled before dispatch
* Once approved, the refund will be processed within **5–7 business days** to your original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

* Products that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
* Customized or special order items are non-returnable.
